Shredded Beef Tacos

 .

Ingredients:
1 beef roast
1 small onion, diced
1 cup salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning

Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Top it with salsa and taco seasoning. Let cook on low for 6-8 hrs or until it shreds easily. Shred the meat and then serve with all the taco fixings.
